How Our Party Catering Process Works
It’s simple. Tell us about your party – date, guest count, and what kind of celebration you’re planning. We’ll send you a customized menu proposal featuring our most popular party dishes like mini anticuchos, empanadas, ceviche shots, and more. After you approve, Chef Rosa will finalize the details.
On the day, we either deliver everything ready to serve or provide full‑service staff, setup, and cleanup. You just enjoy the fiesta.
